The undersea area where SUBRINA sleeps will be a permanent installation, and will be a fishing reef where small sea creatures live and breed. It is a wine born while simultaneously protecting and nurturing the rich marine ecosystem.

SUBRINA is a Syrah red wine from Graceland Vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa, a location surrounded by nature. Viticulture is carried out, with minimal chemicals used on farms that are blessed with soil and rainfall. The by-hand process, which does not rely on machines, shows a deep respect for nature.

A new form of diving.
SUBRINA's sleeping area, Minamiizu Nakagi, is a famous diving spot. Undersea storage is carried out in winter with local divers, avoiding the peak summer times. Together with the community, we are creating new forms of diving, and continuing to take on challenges.
Labelless
Choosing not to pollute the sea.
There's always a sticker label on wine bottles. It peels off in the sea and becomes unnecessary garbage. SUBRINA is a label-free bottle that is friendly to the sea and people, made with minimal resources.
Up cycle
The only natural art in the world.
Each bottle is adorned with gifts from the sea such as calcareous algae, barnacles, and sand, making it sparkle like a starry sky as evidence of its slumber in the seabed.
Each decoration is unique, making it an individual piece of natural art that blends well as an interior ornament or flower vase even after drinking.
